Bobby Lee Nickens, 55, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 3 p.m. with burial to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Bobby was of Baptist faith. Brother Thomas Thornton will be officiating.
He is preceded in death by parents, Jimmy and Ann Nickens.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa Michael; son, Nick Aday; daughters, Amber, Jennifer, and Amanda Michael; brothers; Thyron Nickens and Stephen Nickens (Kathy) and Shannon Nickens (Mandy); sisters; Doddie Aday and Melissa McCravy; 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other loving family.
Pallbearers will be Mac McKellips, Josh Hamm, Tony Grissom, Barney Despigno, Victor Daniels, Charles Doss, Dennis Miller, Michael Borden, Cody Michael, Kevin Bouge, Chris Smith, and Thomas Mitchell.
Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
