Gale Lester Joiner

 Gale Lester Joiner, 78, of Florence, AL passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow in the chapel at 12 noon. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Eunice Lansdell; 1st husband, Al Lester; 2nd husband, James Joiner; brothers, Earl, Percy, Bill, Clifford, James, Forest Lansdell; sisters, Eula Carter, Bessie Kelsoe, and Sherry Phillips.

She is survived by her sons, Alan Lester (Denita) and Dendy Lester; daughter, Dawn Wood (Clay); grandsons, Justin Lester (Amy), Clint Lester (fiancé (Ellie), Josh Wood, and Blake Wood; sister, Mae Patterson; special friend, Libby Barnes.

Pallbearers will be Justin Lester, Clint Lester, Josh Wood, Blake Wood, Phillip Zills, and Adam Zills.
