Georgie Lee Corsbie

Georgie Lee Corsbie, 71, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 5-8 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Service will be Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Rev.  Charles Puckett and Rev. Chris Stokes will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. He was a member of the Baptist Faith. Georgie was the best father and grandfather anyone could ask for we the children were blessed to have such a loving man to call daddy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Verdie Corsbie; daughters, Angela Dianne Corsbie; brothers, Douglas and Ellis Corsbie; sisters, Mary Hargett and Dorthy Coates.

Mr. Corsbie was survived by his sons, Terry Corsbie (Mildred), Mark Corsbie (Stephanie), and Leslie Corsbie (Sherry); daughters, Teresa Corsbie (Cesar) and Stacey Gonzales; sister, Louise Law (Larry); grandchildren, Kimberly, Christopher, Jessica, Angela, Patricia, Megan, Braden, Elizabeth ( Adam), Michael (Britten), Mackenzie, and Whitney; great grandchildren, Mikayla, Hannah, Nicholas, Landen, Hadden, Steven, Madison, Savannah, Aubrey, Ashley, and Brodie; host of loving nieces, nephews, and other family and friends; two beloved dogs, Taco and Nacho, and Wilbur the pig.

Pallbearers will be Terry Corsbie, Mark Corsbie, Leslie Corsbie, Michael Corsbie, Cesar Calderon, and Roger Cornelison.

Thanks to a special caregiver, Melissa B. Watson and Cindy Williams for the love and care given to our dear daddy.

Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
