Ira Genell Hester, 79, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel on Friday, March 10, 2017. Service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. She was a member of College View Church of Christ. Kenny Moorer will be officiating the service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William T. “Bill” and son, Mike Hester.
Survivors are daughter, Lesa Rickard (Alan); grandchildren, Kelly Lane (Jeremy), Lindsey Jones (Clay), Laurie Rickard and Fiancé’ Matt Elliott; great grandchildren, Annie, Davis, and Maggie Lane, Leighton Jones; sister, Bettye Bingham (James); numerous nieces and nephews.
