J. D. Brown Obituary

J.D. Brown, Sr., 79, of Cherokee, AL passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Service will be Monday, April 9, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.

He is preceded in death by his parents, six siblings, and son, Danny Lee Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Gwyendlene Brown; son, J.D. Brown, Jr.; grandchildren, Shanna Brown, Sherry Walker, Danny Brown, Jr., and Jason Tyler Brown; eight great grandchildren.

Close friends will serve as pallbearers.
