Our Mother
The very loss of you has stung us painfully
As you exhaled your last breath,
you paid it with love
We cried as you left, desiring you'd
stay with us forever
For it wasn't in the designs but a different journey now

SHE WAS BORN IN TUSCUMBIA, FEBRUARY 16, 1938 TO HER LATE PARENTS ABNER FLOYD WADE AND WILLIE HAZEL (ECKLES) WADE
SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND THOMAS LEE GRIFFIN; SON MANUEL NEAL SAAVEDRA, TWO BROTHERS CURTIS ALVIN WADE AND WILLIE (Sonny) FLOYD WADE
SURVIVORS INCLUDE HER SONS;  TONY SAAVEDRA, NC; TOMMY GRIFFIN, NV; PAUL GRIFFIN,FLORENCE DAUGHTERS; LINDA  SAAVEDRA; ANGELA MAYFIELD, HUSBAND DONNIE OF MUSCLE SHOALS; SUE RODRIQUES, HUSBAND CHRIS, LEIGHTON; TERRI YANCEY, HUSBAND TOM,TN; ALICE RIDDLE, HUSBAND JAY, TUSCUMBIA. 1 SISTER, LINDA  HOLT AND 1 BROTHER, MARSHALL WADE ; SPECIAL COUSIN TOGGIE (ECKLES) THOMPSON, TUSCUMBIA; 23 GRANDCHILDREN, 26 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND ONE GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILD. - NUMEROUS NIECES AND NEPHEWS
