Beulah Agnes Sharpton, 87, Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017. Her family was by her side until the end. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 1-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow. Eugene Richey will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. She was a member of South Highland Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Sharpton and her husband Bobby were the owners of the Sandwich Shop in Southgate Mall and Warehouse Furniture in Muscle Shoals. She fought her battle with Alzheimer’s for nineteen years.
She was preceded in death by parents, John and Mable Inman; husband, Bobby Sharpton; son, Keith Sharpton; brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa McCullum (Jerry) and Jill Coates (Steve); sister, Shirley Odell; grandchildren, Trena Emmons (Scott), Lori Thompson (Kevin), Amy Allen (Myles), Whitman Sharpton, and Hannah Coates; great grandchildren, five; great- great grandchild, one.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Inman, Kevin Thompson, Scott Emmons, Aaron Emmons, Clay Weaver, and Myles Allen.
