Conley Knight Obituary

Conley B. Knight, of Tuscumbia, passed away, on July 7, 2018 at the age of 86. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 11:00- 1:00 p.m. funeral 1:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel in Tuscumbia. Phillip Wright will officiate.Burial will be at Pleasant Ridge Fire tower Cemetery in Glen Mississippi.

Conley was a member of Spring Valley Baptist Church in Tuscumbia. He retired from Reynolds after 43 years. He served in the Korean War. He was a Mason and was presented with his 50 year pin in 2006. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be greatly missed.

Conley was preceded in death by his parents: Odell and Lottie Knight. Brothers :J.P. Knight, Julian Knight. Sisters: Sue Coln, Louise Doyle, Margret Matthews and Connie Utley.

Survivors include his loving wife and companion of 65 years, Nelda Knight, daughters: Karen (Doug) Bumpas, Kelli (Wade) Agee and son Keith (Regina) Knight. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Brian (Melissa) Knight, Kevin (Kat) Knight, Stephanie (Keith) Pace, Drew (Kristin) Bumpas, Laura (Tyler) Nelson, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Doug Bumpas, Wade Agee, Drew Bumpas, Brain Knight, Kevin Knight, and Keith Pace.
