David Alton Smith, 66, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018. Visitation will be Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 12-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Pastor David Kelly will be officiating. Burial will be in Shaw Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his father, David Everett, granddaughter, Lauren Nicole.
Survivors are wife, Dorothy Jean Smith; mother, Hazel Smith; son, David Charles Smith; daughter, Cynthia Smith; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; sister, Wanda Gaddis.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Lee Crittenden, Dr. Bobby Murphy, Prisciliano Garcia, Aaron Quinn, Sam Norwood, John Mitchell, Isaac Garcia, and Shawn Garrison.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saddle Up for St. Jude to 8215 6th Street Leighton, Al 35646.
