Helen Virginia Moore, 92, of Hoover, AL formally of Sheffield passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017. Visitation will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Brother Greg Beasley will be officiating service. She was a member of Norcross Methodist Church in Norcross Georgia.
She was preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Janie Lloyd; husband, Lyndon Moore; sister, Margaret Jackson, and brother, James Lloyd.
Mrs. Moore is survived by daughters, Jane Edwards (Billy) and Susan Payne (William); brother, Dowlen Lloyd (Mirella); grandchildren, Jonathan Edwards and Justin Payne; niece, Sarah Buchanan (Jason); nephew, Thomas Lloyd; and great niece, Sierra Andrus.
