Taft Miles Obituary

Taft Courtland Miles, 52, of Moulton, AL passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018. A private celebration of life service will be held.

Taft was a driver for R.E. Garrison Trucking Company for 12 plus years. He was an inventor at heart, and had a passion to help others any way he could. He was always there when his friends and family needed help.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Taft Ervin (Big Buddy) Miles and Bernadine (B-Boat) Boatwright Miles.

He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Patricia Lara; sons, Terry Parker, Jonathan Lara (Megan), and Ceasar Lara; daughters, Heather Lynn Young and Heather Renee Byrd (Chris); brother, Tim Miles (Sonia); sister, Nellie Spears; grandchildren, Terry Parker II, Nathan Parker, Angel Parker, Alexis Sierra, Hannah Young, Dylan Young, Hailey Young, Alexander Byrd, and Adelita Lara.

A special thanks to Moulton Fire and Rescue, ER Doctor and staff at Lawrence County Hospital in Moulton for the care given to our dear loved one.
