Troy Earl (Sr.) Brewer

Troy Brewer, Sr., 81, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Visitation will be Friday, February 23, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Seth Hood will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Troy attended First Baptist Church of Colbert Heights. He was a member of Local Union 200 Aluminum Workers and he retired from Reynolds after 35 years of loyal service. He was an avid gardener with a green thumb and noted for his dill pickles. Grandchildren stated he was the best granddaddy ever and that he was kind, generous, patient, and loving.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and  Addie Brewer; son, Brett Brewer; brother, W.J. Brewer; grandson, Shawn Brewer; daughter-in-law, Katina Brewer.

Survivors are wife of 62 wonderful years, June Brewer; son, Troy Brewer, Jr.; grandchildren, Kristy Barranco (Charles), Brettley Brewer (Shelby), Gage Brewer (Kathryn), and KaLeigh Brewer; great grandchildren, Maddie and Tyson Brewer; brother, Horace Brewer (Judy).

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
