Bobbie Fay Harvey, 80, of Russellville passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023. There will not be any services at this time.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Harvey; father, Edgar Thomas Tittle; mother, Donna Owens Tittle; sister, Mary Tittle Baker; great granddaughter, Marlowe Elizabeth Lefler; and son-in-law, William Mitchell.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Mitchell of Russellville; son, Greg Harvey of IL; step-son, Donald Urbanski of NJ;; brother, John Tittle of  IL; sisters, Bert Tittle Bishop (Bob) of IL, Jimmie Tittle Shelton of MS, Nancy Tittle Guiterez of AZ, Frances Tittle Hochmuth of AZ, and Paula Tittle Szontagh (Bob) of IL; grandchildren, Robert Lefler of KY, Matthew Lefler (Meagan) of TX, Craig Niedrich (Allison) of IL, Michael Niedrich (Ashley) of IL, Greg Harvey, Jr. of IL, Alexi Harvey, Jr. of IL, Jimmy Thompson of AL, Michelle Burns of AL, Angela Brandenburg (Chuck) of AL, and Michelle Frye of KY; great grandchildren, Jeremy Orman of KY, Robert Lefler of KY, Zachariah Lefler of KY, Jacob Lefler of KY, Grayson Lefler and Lilibet of TX, Isabella Niedrich of IL, Duncan Niedrich of IL, and Mia Niedrich of IL.
