Charles F Austin

Charles Franklin Austin, age 77, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021. Graveside service will be held Monday, July 19, 2021 at Old Brick Cemetery. Burial to follow. Officiating will be Bro. Carl Malm.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents; John and Helen Austin.

Charles is survived by his wife of 39 years Angela Austin, son; Tony Austin (Stephanie), daughters; Sonya McAlpin, Angelia Adkins (Shane), Candace Phillips (Heath). Brothers: Frederick Austin, Robert Austin (Rhonda), sister; Mary Leigh Matthews (Charles). Grandchildren; Lindsey Castle (Chris), Travis Austin (Breanna), Jacob McCrary, Josh McCrary, Sean McAlpin , John McAlpin, Jeffery Lambert, Jessie Lambert, Evie Phillips, Isla Phillips, Ashton Phillips, great grandchildren, Austin, Wyatt, Lucy, Riley, Jeremiah and Jordyn.

Pallbearers will be Lance Austin, Devin Patterson, Jerry Walker, Tom Wideman, Sammy Dodson and Jerry Wilcoxson.

The family would like to thank Dr. Karr, and to Alabama Hospice of the shoals for all you did for Charles.
