Daniel Covington Obituary

Daniel Lee Covington, 71, of Sheffield passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020. A private service will be held for the family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Covington, Jr.; mother, Dot Counts; and son, Rocky Covington.

He is survived by his wife, Laverne Covington; son, Lynn Jones (Michelle); daughter, Paula Keeton (Jamie); grandchildren, Whitney Wilkerson, Katelyn Jones, Chelsie Russ, Cooper and Ryan Keeton, and Kyla Moyers; five great grandchildren; and his dog, Lady Bug.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Keeton, Scott Maddox, Lynn Jones, and Ronald Williams.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Deshler High School Marching Band in Tuscumbia, AL at 200 North Commons Street East Tuscumbia, AL 35674.
