James Woody Lindsey

James Woody Lindsey, 76, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. Visitation will be Friday, November 3, 2023 from 12-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Wade Hunt will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.

He was a member of Cox Boulevard Church of Christ.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Ernie and Minnie Lindsey; and sister, Kathy Willis.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Lindsey; son, Tim Lindsey (Samantha); daughter, Sharon Murphree (Ricky); grandchildren, Carter and Tyler Lindsey, Ashley, Hayden, Will, and Emily Kwasigroh, Ryan, Bradley, and Ethan Murphree; great grandchildren, Evan and Emerson Herndon.

Pallbearers will be Carter and Tyler Lindsey, Hayden and Will Kwasigroh, Ryan, Bradley, and Ethan Murphree, and Maurice Cole.
