James Royce Obituary
James Robert Royce, 87, of Florence, AL died Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Visitation will be Friday, May 28, 2021 from 10-11 a.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Brother Rich Hardman and Brother Rodney Clingan will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
James attended Forrest Hills Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Mary Royce; brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mildred Royce; sons, Greg Royce (Shannon) and Bill Royce; grandchildren, Heather Royce, Kurstyn Royce McDougle, Dalton Royce, and Logan Royce; great grandchildren, Jaxson McDougle, Reagan Royce, and Riley Royce.
Pallbearers will be Greg Royce, Bill Royce, Jeff Wilson, Kenny Wilson, Jonathon Cooke, Logan Royce, and Kevin Williams.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Clingan, Craig Cooley, and Chris Clingan.
