JoAnn Heupel Obituary

JoAnn Heupel, age 62, of Florence passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Her graveside service will be at 11 am Friday, July 8, 2022 at Colbert Memorial Gardens with Greg Woodall officiating.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Gargis and Betty Hardin; husband, Dale Heupel; and brother, Richard Gargis.

Survivors include her son, Dustin Gargis (Tammie); daughter, Tenisha Borden; grandchildren, Grayce and Aubry Gargis, Lacy and Cloe Cottingham, Trinity Borden, and Dallas Perkins; and her brothers, Barry Gargis and Jeff Hardin (Dawn Victory); nieces, Regina, Miranda, Britney, Jessica, and Hailey; and nephews, Curtis, Kyle, and Jeffery, Jr.

Colbert Memorial Chapel of Tuscumbia is assisting the family.
