Joseph F Srutka Jr.

Joseph Srutka Jr. Age 68, of Russellville, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, September 5, 2021. There are no services planned at this time.

Joseph was adored by his wife of 43 years, who never had a moment of doubt of his love for her. He was a precious, loving, and kind soul. He was employed at Pilgrim’s Pride where his work family and amazing circle of friends accumulated through the years of hard work and travel. Joseph also served his country in the military. His capacity to love was unmeasurable and proven by his many children; his legacy to them was the knowledge that blood is not what makes a family.

Known as Pop to many, Daddy Joe or Pop Pop he leaves behind some amazing bonus children, Shawna Huffman, Kaelyn Huffman, Rylee Huffman, Amy Knox, Dale Koster, Patrick Brimer, David McEntire, Shane Magie, Taud Charette, Trevor Hempel, and Brittney Cardwell.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Srutka and Herbert and Bobbie Price; son, Christopher Manning.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 43 years; Sharon Price Srutka, son; Joseph Srutka III, daughter; Stephonie Pendergraft, brothers; Wayne Price, Gary Price and Mark Price.

He will be greatly missed. We are all blessed by the love of this wonderful, sweet, kind and gentle man. We were all better people because of him.
