Martha Dale (Hicks) Stoner

Martha Hicks Stoner, 82 of Muscle Shoals, Al passed away on March 4, 2023. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 11:30-1:00pm at Colbert Memorial Chapel, with service to follow at 1:00pm. Officiating will be Ismael Pruitt. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Marie Hicks. Husband; Robert “Bob” Stoner.

To all who knew her she was lovingly known as Nana.

Survivors include Daughters; Carmen Stoner Richter (Terry), Carolyn Stoner Balentine (Chris). Brother; Kenneth Hicks (Sandra). Grandchildren; Adam Richter (Tracie), Sydney Kennedy (Ryan), Ashlyn Canoles (Caleb) and Zack Mize (Savanna) great grandchildren; Kam Richter, Kase Richter, Ty Mize, Lilly Kennedy, Walker Kennedy and Kylo Canoles.

Pallbearers will be, Adam Richter, Zack Mize, Caleb Canoles, Ryan Kennedy, Ben Mance and Dr. Jim Ryerson.

Special thanks to Dr. Brad McAnnalley for taking care of her like she was his own mother. Also, special thank you to Crystal Owens and her amazing staff at Green Oaks Inn and to Jodi Gilbreath at Keestone along with her staff.
