Shelby Jean Hester, 83, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Visitation will be Friday, January 20, 2023 from 12-1 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. Charlie James will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Dallas and Mary Kate Hester; husband, David Hester; sisters, Artie Pate, Almeda Simpson, Frances Wanner, and Ruth Pounders; and brother, Robert Junior Hester.
She is survived by her son, Mike Hester (Amy) of Muscle Shoals, AL; daughter, Cindy Epping of Tuscumbia, AL; grandchildren, Erin Tuanama, Shelley Senkbeil, Kristen, and Brittany Epping; great grandchildren, Luca, Ayda, and Margo Tuanama.
