Steven W. Houston, age, 76 of Tuscumbia, Alabama passed away Saturday March 19, 2022. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 11:00-1:00p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Bro. Greg Beasley. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens.

Steven was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church and was retired from Colbert County Road Dept.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents; Leonard and Lucy Mae Houston.

Steven is survived by his wife; Peggy Houston; son; Matthew Aday (Amy), and daughter; Amanda Arndt (Mike) sister; Wanda Berry, grandchildren; Jenna Tidwell, Eli Aday, Myranda Vandiver, Houston Vandiver and Levi Houston, great grandchildren; Colton and Brantlee Moore. Niece; Sabrina Powell (Brian) nephew; Bevan Berry (Shelley), Deron Berry (Crystal), also several great nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include; Bevan Berry, Deron Berry, Matthew Aday, Eli Aday, Mike Arndt and Houston Vandiver.

Honorary Pallbearers; Men’s Sunday School class at Valley Grove Baptist Church.

In Lieu of flowers please give to Valley Grove Baptist Church Children’s Building Fund .
