Susan Kay (McDougal) Smith

Susan Kay Smith, 61, of Sheffield died on Sunday, December 02, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital. A Celebration of Life visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Cowboy Church of Colbert County. Susan had a love for animals fostering as many pets to help the Florence Animal Services.

Preceding her in death is parents, Charles McDougal, Geneva Hester; brother, Randy McDougal; grandparents, Buford and Kathrine Arnold.

Survivors include her companion and best friend, Randy Sherrill; daughters, Jamie Carder (Russell), and Joni Smith (Michael Roden); grandson, Corey Worrall; siblings, Phillip (Glenda), Virginia, Mary – Kay, Sabrina, Charles, and Kevin; fur babies, Layla and Rocky; host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss Susan.
