Adelene Watson, age 84, of Muscle Shoals, Al., passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2015. Visitation will be Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. and also Friday from 1:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel, with service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in Chapel. Burial will be at Colbert Memorial Gardens. Shiloh Hackett will be officiating. She was a member of South Highland Freewill Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by parents, Amos and Jettie Harris; son, Larry Watson; brothers, Columbus Harris, James Harris, Junior Harris, Jackie Harris, and L.C. Harris.
Survivors are husband of 49 years, Joseph Watson (Muscle Shoals); sons, Joe Watson (Cathy) of Oak Ridge, TN, Richard Pace (Ramona) Florence, AL., Randell Pace (Polly) Muscle Shoals, AL; daughter, Beth Ann Ogletree, Tuscumbia, AL; brothers, Jimmy Harris (Edie) Southhaven, MS., Frank Harris (June) Effingham, IL; sisters, Lorene Box, Tuscumbia, AL; 10 grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Motes, Joey Pace, Wade Watson, Matt Watson, Patrick Watson, and Richie Watson. Honorary pallbearers are Peyton Pace, Loyal Darby.
