Arthur Edward “Eddie” Jones, 84, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel, with service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Jeremy Sanderson will be officiating. Mr. Jones served in the U.S. Navy, and retired from Reynolds Alloys after 37 years of loyal service.
Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Dee Jones and Lottie Faye Jones.
Survivors are wife, of 59 years, Barbara Russell Jones; daughters, Phyllis Clauch (Mickey), Karla Battles (Mike), Kelly McCormack (Mark), special niece, Donna Aycock (Billy); grandchildren, Coty Coons (Brittany), Allison Lindsey (Jeremy), Ryan McCormack (Destany), Micah Battles (Kelly), Courtney Sanderson (Jeremy), Karen Claunch, Jason Claunch; great grandchildren, Parker Highfield, Aubree Lindsey, Hunter Battles, Brody Sanderson, and one on the way.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
