Ernestine Marie Rodda, 92, of Sheffield, AL passed away Saturday, December 03, 2016. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. – 11: 00 a.m. at Colbert Memorial with service to follow in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Greg Beasley will be officiating. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by husband, Homer Allen Smith and Joe H. Rodda; brothers, Edward Cameron, Curtis Cameron, Bill Cameron and Bobby Cameron; sisters, Gladys Moreland and Jewel Grissom; granddaughter, Christi Atchley; son, Donald Allen Smith.
Survivors are sons, David Smith (Dale) and Rex Rodda (Cheryl); daughter, Faye Thrasher; four grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; host of loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
