Hartty Ford Hacker

Hartty Ford Hacker, of Florence, AL passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Visitation will be Friday, April 29, 2016 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Service will be Saturday, April 09, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel, with burial to follow at Bethsaida Baptist Church Cemetery. Sonny Owens will be officiating. Mr. Hacker was a singer/songwriter and truck driver. He was of the Church of Christ Faith.

Mr. Hacker was preceded in death by parents, Walter McKinley Hacker and  Sarah Alice Hood; brothers, Velon Hacker, W.C. Hacker, Wayne Hacker, Anthony Hacker, Venyon Hacker and sister,  Sue Hardesty.

Survivors are wife, Susan Hacker, (Florence, AL); son, Zachery Curtis Hacker,( Loretto, TN); daughters, Alese Hacker McMurtrey (Killen, AL), Denice Hacker Hendrix (Killen, AL), Deonna Hacker Green (Killen, AL), Angela Hacker (Florence, AL); brothers, Athel Hacker (Leighton, AL) and Reynon Hacker (Russellville, AL); sisters, Varnese Warhurst (Russellville, AL), Lela Dawson (Russellville, AL), Jacqueline Coleman (Highland, Indiana); seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Bay Simpson, Coby Fuller, Faron Saries, Tim Turbyfill, Wade Hacker, Deion Hacker, Roger Hacker, and Ryan Murray. Honorary pallbearer will be Charlie Hendrix.
