Dear God
Please wrap your arms around those who may need your strength as the holiday season comes faster than some may be able to handle emotionally.
There are too many battling something. Wether it's war, illness, addiction, family issues, loneliness or self, no matter what it may be, Dear God stand by them. Let them know YOU are near all the time.
For those who have lost: good health, a job, someone close, their way, a pet, a marriage, good sense, or sense of humor, or what ever, please show them strength, perseverance, grace and YOU.

I considered Gary one of my dearest and best friends,we had a lot in common,shared good times and bad times together.I am deepley saddened by his loss and will truly miss him and his friendship.I have been blessed to have known him and having him as a friend. Times like these I always tell myself God is in control. Don't make it easier but helps ease the pain. I know he's in no more pain and no longer has to suffer with the issues he had at hand. Over the years, he has helped me out in so many ways I can't count. He was a good man. We all have our faults but I'm glad for the time I was given to know him.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. My heart is breaking for you. I only met Gary once or twice when he was a little boy. Since Mom died, I don't hear much about family on either side except what is now on Facebook, through which I am thankful to be able to know a little something about some of my cousins and second cousins. I have heard that Gary perhaps has been unwell for some time and I'm so sorry he suffered in such a way. And sorry that he has died in what sounds like a painful way, painful for you all as well. May God be with you in the difficult days ahead and at those random moments when the pain arises afresh. Love, Cindy
