I don't remember life before Lonnie was my uncle. I remember Dewayne being born so I guess he's been around almost my entire life. Shelia and Dewayne, you will have to lean on each other to get through the grief of losing him. I loved Lonnie's sense of humor, as well as his tall tales. I know he loved to pick on my daddy and my husband Ronnie too. He will always have a,special place,in my heart. Much love to both of you.

Lonnie has been a part of my life for 40 plus years. He was a special person to me. He has always been so good to my sister, Sheila. I will miss him as so many other people will. My husband, Dorris , has known him only a few years but they had a special bond. Good by , my friend, We loved you.

Sheila, You , Lonnie & Dewayne have been so special in Charles , Misty & my life ! We love ya'll so much. I'm so sorry for what you & Dewayne are going through. Charles had told me so many wonderful memories he had of Lonnie . And I have carried those memories in my heart. And I have my own sweet memories of "Cuz". He will be greatly missed by everyone. Lonnie was my brother in law & when my dad died in 1969 he helped me with what was right & what was wrong. HE has been good to me all these years .But above all he was my friend. I will miss you Lonzo.
